• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Distribute malicious code, spam, or engage in any disruptive activities.

• Train or create AI agents to engage in malicious, offensive, or illegal behavior.

5. Payment and Subscription

Paid features require a valid payment method. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data and content you provide to train your AI agents. We retain all rights to the Norch platform, software, designs, and logos.

7. Limitation of Liability

Norch is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including actions taken by your deployed AI agents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
